• Are you on the journal page of the customer/job that you are looking for?

If you have followed these, please read below.

Once a journal thread is closed it becomes inactive. This is to make active threads (ongoing conversations) easier to find.

To view all journals (both active and inactive) look below.

1. This text indicates that you are only looking at active journals.
   If it says "All journal history for this job" you are already seeing it all.
2. Click the menu button, then select Toggle History.
