Please follow the steps in this article when requesting a delivery date to be changed.
Select order and go to journals
Before going ahead with this procedure, make sure you are aware of the policy for delaying delivery date of an order.
- Select order you want to change.
- Check the Status of the order.
- Go to the Journals page.
Complete the Ask a question form
- Select Ask Cabinets Online support staff from the "Who to ask" selection box.
- Select Delivery from the topic selection box.
- Enter something into the Subject to give an indication of what you will be asking.
- Put the requested date into the Question box. You can also give reasoning if you wish.
- Click Save.
