This article guides you through sending a journal to us.
Ask a question in journals
When in a job:
- Go to Journals page.
- Click the menu button.
- Select Ask a question.
Dialog box
When the question dialog box comes up you have the option to fill out the following fields:
- Who to ask has the option to Make a note (doesn't notify anyone), Ask Cabinets Online support staff (notify us), Ask... HEAD OFFICE or staff member, someone from your company or store (notifies the individual) or Ask a contact (sends an email to a selected contact).
- Who to ask, - Select a topic - is only available when sending a journal to Cabinets Online support staff. It is for the purpose of notifying the best support staff member/s for the topic.
- Subject should only be a brief phrase that is relevant to the body of the journal.
- This section is for the "body" of the journal. You can use the options in the green box to format the text.
Application and save
- Select the room this message for in the Apply to field.
- Click Save to finish creating journal message.
