A Base Return Double 2 Door is constructed in a captive gable method, meaning that the gables are sitting on top of the bottom (see front view below), this method helps to distribute the weight evenly through the legs.
As you can see below there is a blind panel on either end of this cabinet with both doors hinged to a blind panel each using blind corner hinges.
As standard the Base Return Double 2 Door comes with 6 legs, an adjustable shelf, a back scribe, 2 blind panels and 2 doors. For instructions on modifying this cabinet please see below.
We recommend having a 150mm void short of wall on either end. This will allow you to maneuver the cabinet on site without the cabinet damaging walls. see picture below.
